Hey Lovely Peoples, The FIIL T1XS true wireless earbuds, crafted by FIIL, are an affordable earbud that many have given their word on Amazon and Tech reviews. So we tried these earbuds and checked whether these justify the price. You’re getting some amazing features from FIIL T1XS solid sound, good fit, low latency mode, fast charge, you’re getting an ambient mode, and an excellent app as well.

FIIL T1XS : Design and Build
Starting with physical features and design, and we’re working with some glossy plastics on the outside of the earbud where your sexy feel logo is. I’m a big fan of that logo there. It feels nice and sturdy nice and premium smooth, hard plastics on the inside of the earbud and wrapping around the middle part of the earbud there you’ve got some silicone wingtip action and you have two sizes there, or you can have one size which doesn’t have a wingtip on there. Hence, you keep that nice grippy feel also makes it easy to handle these earbuds.
You’ve also got an indicator light on the top of the earbud; no unnecessary flashing when music is playing, and when they’ve paused, no flashing as well.
They’re not super compact, but they are more compact than some competitors like the Soundpeats true engine 3 SE and the H1, which allows for some nice secure, comfortable fitting.
you’re getting four sizes of ear tips, and the second the fit here is on the deeper side but combine this with a wingtip, you’re getting good secure for any training, running and weight training
There’s no way these are going to budge and fall out due to their size. They’re pretty compact; the ergonomics here really good where I can wear these for a long time without any discomfort.
You’re getting a pretty compact case here as well, easily pocketable nice, and small. It’s made out of the same glossy plastics on the outside of the earbud, but I still find it’s completely fine to handle. It’s nice and sturdy. Build quality feels really solid here
FIIL T1XS : Features
These earbuds are rocking an IPX5 rating here, so if you get nice and sweaty. You all good fine to use in the rain but can’t submerge the buds in water
You’ve got an indicator light on the top of the earbud, no unnecessary flashing when music is playing, and when they’ve paused, no flashing as well.
We got Bluetooth 5.0, SBC, and AAC Codecs here. These do have App support where you can control the EQ and Control Settings. Which is pretty awesome.
The lack of Apt-X feature is a con here which is included in the TWS earbuds priced the same.
Controls
Right onto touch controls, overall, perfect and solid sensitivity touch controls here. You can control everything once you’ve downloaded the app because there’s an easy mode. There’s like a full control mode. I’ll put up all the controls here so you can control everything. It’s a little bit different to most true wireless earbuds, so it would have been nice to customize that but look, at least you can control everything here. You can also change the sensitivity of the touch controls in the app, which is pretty cool.
I don’t see that around on too many true wireless earbuds. These also have an auto pause and play, which you can also turn on and off in the app. Which I normally turn off, so it’s nice to be able to do that on these buds here.
Quick hold on the left earbud will activate your ambient mode so you can kind of pump in your surroundings so you can know what’s going on around you and pretty good here. It’s slightly amplified. It doesn’t sound too natural, but look, it’ll do the job. But a big pro here is that when adjusting touch controls and the volume, you get a subtle beep in the earbud to let you know that you’ve activated the touch control, which I’m a fan of.

FIIL T1XS : Sound
Starting with volume here, these are currently the second loudest pair of earbuds we reviewed at ehnocord.com, coming in just behind the Soundpeats h1
If you are looking for low-level listening, you’re getting it here at the lowest volume.
The slight con though there is some white noise action here, which you will notice at those lower volumes.
It’s honestly not too bad; it’s just a minor con, definitely not a deal breaker. Unless you can’t stand that white noise action, passive noise isolation here with that deep fit also perfect; I would say on par with the Soundpeats h1, which I would say have pretty much the best passive noise isolation.
It has a nice amount of bass and good clarity. When it comes to bass, you’re getting a nice amount of bass here. It hits pretty deep.
Overall nice amount of bass there in terms of the mid solid here not like mind-blowing; this is where pairs like the AirPods pro, Bose QuietComfort, and Sony WH-1000XM3 do have a slightly more clear better mid-range but still the fill t1xs here just slightly behind there, so vocals come through really well, and you get a nice impact.
The treble can get a little bit harsher at the higher volumes. It comes down to a bit of personal preference here, still excellent stuff. The sound stage bit of a wider sound
Keep in mind that this is with the stock EQ on the app. You have some customization options for your EQ. You’ve got a treble setting, which kind of brings the bass down quite a bit obviously bumps up the treble in the mids.
The bass boost mode bumps up the low end there, making these like bass head earbuds. I would say still EQ can only help a little for the bass.
Overall, you get a nice amount of clarity, and it allows you to listen to more of those high volumes without that treble being as harsh.
You also have a DSP setting, which you can turn on and off. I didn’t notice a huge difference turning this on and. off
Latency
Even with the low latency mode turned off in terms of latency, there is barely any latency in youtube and Netflix. On the low latency mode, especially when gaming, it’s like using a wired pair of earbuds really good stuff, and you also get some options on the app to change latency dependent on the media you’re viewing, so this is pretty cool because I’ve noticed some other earbuds.
I’ve tested such as the soundpeats h1 which have one low latency mode so that worked well for gaming but it didn’t work too well in watching like youtube and Netflix.
You can also use either the left or right earbud individually, and this works in the mono mode, so if you’re using one earbud, you’ll hear both audio channels coming out of that earbud. It’s nice to see.
In terms of overall connection, no issues, no dropouts overall with the connection.
Mic and Call Quality
All right onto the microphone, decent stuff here pretty much on average for the competition in this price range. The mics are picking up my voice quite well and produce a decent output as well.
Calls without other ambient noises will be good, but with the ambient noise, this usually picks up the voice with the ambient noise, leading to a bit of bad experience but not to the worst.
These can be used for a Normal voice call, and you understand that these are not studio-grade mic for recording.
Conclusion
Keep in mind these are around $60, and you’re also getting almost all features for the price you pay. You’re getting the ambient mode, you’re getting a quick charge, a more compact case, and an app as well the sound quality, it had everything and with those extra features makes the fiil t1xs a very good choice.
Honestly, they’re pretty hard to find faults, especially for the price you’re paying. The only real main cons are that slight white noise, which I don’t find too annoying, not a good call quality with ambient noise, and a bit of suction with the fit when training, which I felt may vary with your experience.
Other than this, you’re getting an amazing value with the FIIL T1XS.
